You make an excellent point with your posts on fad diets. It seems that some people are so focused on getting short term results that they forget what the consequences are. The funny thing too is that most people who adopt these short term strategies fail. They can’t stand how miserable their diet is and the next thing you know they are grabbing Oreos by the handful…then they beat themselves up over it and it creates this negative spiral. Hopefully, people hear your words and take the right approach.
