Once again, this diet is a fad diet. I will not recommend it. The calories are too low, you will have no energy, you will also be starved all the time. Most of the weight loss will be water and muscle and very little fat. With this diet you set yourself up for the well know yo-yo dieting syndrome.
3. The grapefruit diet:
Many people are looking for the diet that can promise them an extremely large amount of weight loss in a relatively short period of time. This makes the grapefruit diet quite attractive to many people. With the grapefruit diet, you are actually given the list of the minimum amounts of food that you can eat, rather than the most! While there is something about the diet that you are not supposed to change, such as making sure that you always eat the bacon at breakfast, this diet is extremely amazing. It relies upon a specific combination of different foods in order to help maximum the amount of weight you lose.
Once again, this is a fad diet. There is no proof the grapefruit really works in the way they say. It may look as if you are allowed to eat a lot, but if you really count the calories, you will see that you are actually eating very little. I cannot recommend this diet as I never recommend a fad diet.
There are a bunch of different diets that are out there, and you will probably have to search for some time in order to find the right one for you. Remember that you know yourself better than anyone else, so when you are deciding on which quick weight loss diet is right for you, you will want to try and find a diet that fits with what you want and need. If you are not able to stick with the diet simply because you cannot enjoy the food, then you will not gain anything.
OK, so now you have to think about this. The thing is, a quick weight loss diet is not going to give you any long term results. You WILL gain all the weight back, even more, when you start eating normally again.
